Initial Comments:
An offsite follow-up survey completed December 15, 2021 found that Right at Home Lehigh County & East Berks County had corrected the deficiencies cited under the requirements of 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 611, Subpart H. Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a state relicensure and licensure complaint survey completed on October 6, 2021.
